Location's a total winner, right near all the jols, with a lekker comfy bed to crash in after! Chommies at reception were super helpful too, even sorted me out with charging my phone when I was in a bind.

Only downside was the dodgy WiFi, had to vasbyt a bit on that.

The convenience of ordering a taxi from the friendly front desk staff was a plus, although it was inconvenient not to have vehicles drive up to the hotel on the pedestrian lane. Breakfast featured delightful organic fruits, but the absence of traditional tea options left a little to be desired. Noise from nearby nightlife could be disruptive at times, too.

We stayed for a night and the room was really spacious and comfy. It's quiet even though we had a street view. Loved the breakfast too! The area is full of cute bistros and fun places to eat. Just wish the wifi was easier to deal with. Plus, a breakfast voucher mix-up was a bit annoying.

The room was spacious and fit my large family perfectly. We strolled around the charming city center and enjoyed the close proximity to eateries. Our kids loved the nearby City Theatre, where we caught a playful performance. The staff were welcoming and made check-in a breeze.

My wife says that adding a few more family-friendly breakfast options would be fantastic.

The location is really excellent, right on a pedestrian lane, makes it easy to explore. Staff was super helpful, especially a lady at reception who gave good tips for local spots.

The Art hotel is strategically located on a pedestrianised street at the edge of the old town, offering ease of access to numerous dining and entertainment options. The check-in process was efficient, and the room was well-equipped with a kettle, TV, and good-sized bathroom. The blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel also features three separate conference rooms suitable for various meetings and events.

Breakfast options were limited and could have been improved.
